The floor plan seems to have been designed with me in mind. I LOVE it. I appreciated the creative approach to the design. I love the architectural touches of the archway, the french doors, bright sunny windows, spacious closets, a jet tub and stand-up shower, while keeping costs down by using less expensive finishes. Our New Home Specialist is great - she went out of her way to help me and my wife. We are first-time home buyers and we do not know much about the home building process and banking part, but our sales person was very helpful and explained all of our questions in a way that we could understand them. Our New Home Specialist has been nothing but helpful. It has been a long-time dream of ours to build a home, and thanks to Brookstone Homes, the dream has become reality—in actually quite a short time. Our first and last point of contact at Brookstone was Pete Lange, director of sales, and from start to finish Pete came through for us. From the first night when he sat down and patiently went over all the numbers with us, to the last day when he came by with a gift basket for our new home, Pete made the huge task of building a house seem manageable, affordable, and fun. He made himself constantly available to us during the building process, and even went beyond the call of duty in helping make changes and meet deadlines that worked for us. In short, he was great to work with and a big reason we decided to build with Brookstone Homes. Another person who impressed us at Brookstone was Jason Hannen, our general contractor. Jason took on an aggressive building schedule and fulfilled it, moving us into our new home in just a few short months. We are also pleased with the quality of the work that was done, from the structure of the house to the attention to detail, as well as the willingness to deal with any small problems that came up.
