Brookstone Homes Enters Fox Cities Market

June 30, 2005 - Brookstone Homes, Inc., Oconomowoc, has announced the opening of two new communities in the Fox Cities area; Chapel Hill Estates, located in Greenville, and Apple Creek Estates, located in Appleton. These communities mark the first venture for Brookstone Homes into the Fox Cities market. Brookstone currently has fourteen other communities in the Milwaukee and Madison areas.

Based in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Brookstone Homes has been building in the Southern Wisconsin area since 1994. Brookstone Homes, a privately held company, sells and closes approximately 200 homes per year, with an average price of $230,000, including the lot. Brookstone's product line consists of 20 base home plans. Customers may then choose from among thousands of available options to personalize their design.
