Brookstone Homes Announces Development In Mount Pleasant And New Product Line

November 17, 2005 - Brookstone Homes, Inc., Oconomowoc, has announced the opening of the Regent, a new residential development in the village of Mount Pleasant. The community, which consists of 90 single-family home sites, is located off of Green Bay Road, approximately one mile south of Highway 11. Home sites are currently available for purchase through Brookstone Homes as home and lot packages.

The Regent will feature Brookstone Homes' new Presidential Series of home plans in addition to their standard Signature Series. Brookstone's Signature Series homes range in size from 1300 to 2500 square feet, whereas the Presidential Series consists of larger homes ranging in size from 2600 to 3600 square feet. The concept behind the series is to offer more space at a value price.

"Our new Presidential Series is perfect for growing families who want more space, but don't necessarily want to pay the price tag of a large custom home," says Scott Thistle, president of Brookstone Homes. "Our Presidential Series is a great complement to our current product line because it enables buyers to choose more space over amenities if space is something that is important to them."

Brookstone Homes will be opening a fully decorated Presidential Series model at the Regent. The model is expected to open late spring of 2006.
